Nils Walking Poles NW608 – telescopic poles with shock absorption for versatile use

NW608 Nils are telescopic walking poles that can be easily and quickly adjusted to the user's length. Both poles have ergonomic, non-slip handles and adjustable straps that provide good support and comfort.

The NW608 poles have an internal shock absorption system (anti-shock) that absorbs vibrations while walking and protects the joints, especially during intensive use.

The poles are suitable for both flat surfaces, such as asphalt, and soft surfaces. The replaceable rubber feet and terrain plates make them versatile in different terrains. In addition, a reflective sticker improves visibility and safety.

Nordic walking is a Finnish-based form of exercise that effectively activates the entire body's musculature and improves physical fitness. Nordic walking works, among other things, the buttocks, calves, thighs, arms, shoulders, chest muscles and abdominal muscles. Such extensive muscle activation improves the body's overall performance.
