The Wildpoint marketplace is maintained by Heinolan Net, Business ID 1802360-6.
The company also has another marketplace, Toolia Tool World, which focuses on tools.
Heinola Net was founded in January 2003.

In 2025, the business was changed to a wide range of online stores, and the subsidiary business names Wildpoint Outdoors and Wildpoint Heinola were introduced.
The company has a license to organize fishing tourism events in the Heinola sport fishing area. We organize responsible fishing trips between 1.1.-31.8.2026.
We have registered with the commercial fishermen's register and submitted the primary production registration.
We are members of the Finnish Fishing Guides Association and the Heinola Entrepreneurs Association.
