We offer fishing experiences in a sustainable way at Heinola's sport fishing area - in accordance with UNESCO Global Geopark values. Our trips are suitable for you who want to fish in a park-like urban environment close to services.
You can choose from casting and rowing fishing and traditional angling with a local guide who knows the tricks of their home waters.
Our clear, flowing water stays ice-free year-round. Trips can also be arranged in winter down to -8 °C.
Our target fish are pike, perch, grayling, zander, and trout.
Rowing fishing is our most popular activity.
Casting fishing is enabled by many piers and shore fishing spots, which are also suitable for people with mobility impairments.
