NW607 Nils are telescopic Nordic Walking poles that can be easily and quickly adjusted to the user's height. The ergonomic and non-slip handles are combined with adjustable neoprene gloves that ensure a comfortable and secure grip.

Removable rubber feet and terrain plates allow the poles to be used on a variety of surfaces – asphalt, grass, snow, sand and mud.

Nordic walking is a form of exercise that comprehensively activates the muscles of the body and significantly improves overall fitness. During walking, the buttocks, calves, thighs, arms, shoulders, chest muscles and abdominal muscles are worked. Activating such a large muscle group effectively promotes the physical well-being of the whole body.
