Its action is EXTRA FAST and the lure recommendation for this rod extends up to 70g. The rod length is 232cm. With this rod you can cast pike lures from side to side, excluding the largest and heaviest lures and shads. The rod is therefore designed and optimized for "medium-heavy" pike fishing. The rod has 8+1 stainless rod guides. This pike rod is affordable, but it still contains the features and sensitivity of an expensive rod. Pike fishing is in now and HAKKI certainly plays its part in that. It is recommended to use a 3000 class open reel with this rod.
