Ingredients: fruit powder (69%) (apple (contains SULPHITES), mango, lime, orange), coconut milk powder, pea protein, maltodextrin.

Nutritional content per 100 g: energy 1684 kJ/399 kcal, fat 7.4 g, of which saturated 6.1 g, carbohydrates 70 g, of which sugars 38 g, fiber 5.7 g, protein 10 g, salt 0.23 g.
Directions: Open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Add 225 ml of cold or room temperature water to 45 grams of smoothie powder, close the bag tightly and shake for about 10 seconds. Let it set for 5 minutes. Shake once more before drinking.
