Food Force Beef Ragout with Vegetables MRE is a ready-to-use main course that makes field meals effortless. This is guerrilla cooking at its best - potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, onions and beans combine with tender beef and nameko mushrooms, which have their own soft, smoky flavour. Herbs and rosemary finish the dish, adding variety and satiety to field meals.

The package can be heated closed in a water bath or with an MRE heating bag without an open flame, making the food ready to eat in a few minutes. This combines easy preparation, good taste and a smart price - exactly what is appreciated in field conditions.

Ingredients: potato, carrot, water, tomato, beef (9% when added), onion, tomato paste, nameko mushrooms, CELERY, black beans, garlic, rapeseed/rapeseed oil, modified starch, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, rosemary, herbs. Contains 56.5% vegetables.
Nutritional values ​​/ 100g: energy 296kJ/70kcal, fat 2.0g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.6g, carbohydrates 9.0g, of which sugar 3.6g, protein 3.2g, salt 0.86g.

Instructions: Once the product is warmed, enjoy it. 2 heating methods: pour the food into a pot or saucepan and heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Immerse the unopened package completely in boiling water and heat for 4–5 minutes.
