Light and handy straight-bladed knife for peeling and cutting root vegetables, vegetables and fruits. The sharp tip works for hollowing. The high-quality blade is of German origin, made of stainless steel 1.4116. The hardness and toughness of the blade (56 HRC) keeps the blade sharp for a long time, reduces the need for sharpening and, above all, means a long service life. The design of the blade and handle significantly reduces the risk of injury during use. The handle is pleasant to the hand thanks to its soft feel and material. Can be cleaned at temperatures up to 120°C/250F. The knives are said to be machine washable. However, we recommend hand washing and drying them to prevent wear on the blade and handle and to maintain the sharpness of the blade. All W+S knives are sharpened and finished to a very sharp edge. The blade edges have no thresholds that increase cutting friction. The knife is packed in a safe blister pack.
