Terms and conditions for fishing trips and rowing boat rentals

Geospatial tracking
Wildpoint Outdoors reserves the right to use indirect positioning on its owned devices.
Location data is used to find equipment in cases of loss.
The equipment is inconspicuous and does not pose a danger; its interference or removal is prohibited.

Booking a fishing trip or rental equipment:

Reservations are confirmed in writing before the trip. After paying for the reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Payment methods:

We charge private customers in advance. The online store uses the Stripe payment platform. You can pay for your order securely, no matter which payment method you choose. Online store orders are paid for either by credit card or wallet services (MobilePay, Klarna).

If you have any questions about payment, please contact us. 

Invoicing for corporate customers:

After the event, email invoice, payment terms 14 days/net.

Tour operator obstacle:

Serious illness of the tour operator or guide may cause the trip to be cancelled. In such cases, the trip may be rescheduled or the customer's payments will be refunded.

Responsibility:

Wildpoint outdoors is not responsible for unexpected circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, lost luggage, participant illnesses or accidents.

The customer is responsible for returning the rented fishing equipment at the end of the trip. Any damage caused by careless use must be compensated.

The customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary fishing permits themselves, and is obliged to comply with sport fishing area rules .

The person who made the group reservation is responsible for informing the participants of these terms and conditions.

Insurances:

Wildpoint Outdoors is not responsible for customers' insurance. Each participant in the trip must arrange for sufficient insurance. We recommend that all travelers take out separate travel insurance. Travel insurance should include both travel insurance and baggage insurance. Travel insurance also compensates the customer for the costs of canceling the trip due to illness or a pandemic.

Canceling a trip:

The guide has the right to interrupt the tour if circumstances change, or due to disruptive behavior by a participant. Guided tours are alcohol-free. We do not allow the use of alcohol during the tour. The tour of people who are clearly intoxicated will be interrupted and the fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation conditions for tours:

If the tour is cancelled less than 3 days before the tour date, 30% of the tour price will be charged as cancellation fees. If the tour is cancelled less than 2 days before the tour date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
The activity is subject to weather and ice conditions. If the trip has to be cancelled due to weather or ice conditions, and a new trip cannot be arranged, the payment will be refunded in full to the customer.

Rental company cancellation conditions:
If the rental is cancelled less than 2 days before the reservation, 30% of the rental price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
