Terms and conditions for fishing trips and rowboat rentals
Location tracking
Wildpoint Outdoors reserves the right to use indirect tracking on equipment it owns.Location data is used to find equipment in case of loss.
The devices are discreet and do not pose a danger; tampering with or removing them is prohibited.
Booking a fishing trip or rental equipment:
Reservations are confirmed in writing before the trip. After paying for your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation by email.
Payment methods:
We charge private customers in advance. The online store uses the Stripe payment platform. You can pay for your order securely, whichever payment method you choose (MobilePay, Klarna).

Invoicing for corporate customers:
After the event, email invoice, payment term 14 days/net.
Tour operator's impediment:
Serious illness of the tour operator or guide may cause the trip to be canceled. In such cases, the trip can be rescheduled or the customer's payments refunded.
Liability:
Wildpoint Outdoors is not responsible for unexpected conditions such as extreme weather, natural disasters, lost luggage, participant illnesses, or accidents.
The customer is responsible for returning the rented fishing equipment at the end of the trip. Damages caused by careless use must be compensated.
The customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary fishing permits themselves and is obliged to comply with the sport fishing area rules.
The person who made the group reservation is responsible for informing the participants of these terms and conditions.
Insurances:
Wildpoint Outdoors is not responsible for customers' insurance. Each participant must ensure they have sufficient insurance. We recommend all travelers to take out separate travel insurance. Travel insurance should include both passenger insurance and baggage insurance. Travel insurance also covers costs caused by trip cancellations due to illness or pandemic.
Trip interruption:
The guide has the right to interrupt the trip if conditions change or due to disruptive behavior of a participant. Guided trips are substance-free. We do not allow the use of intoxicants during the trip. Trips of clearly intoxicated persons will be interrupted, and no refund will be given.
Trip cancellation terms:
If the trip cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the trip day, 30% of the trip price will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 days before the trip day, 50% of the trip price will be charged.
The activity is subject to weather and ice conditions. If the trip must be canceled due to weather or ice conditions and a new trip cannot be arranged, the payment will be fully refunded to the customer.
Send your name and contact information as well as your account number for the refund.
Rental company's cancellation terms:
