The Väinö mademorri is really effective for burbot fishing.
In the morri, bait is a piece of fish, -tail or whole fish.
A good bait fish is the crucian carp, but others work great as bait too.
Attach the bait to the morri's hook. If you wanna make sure the bait stays on the hook, you can secure it with a small rubber band. The actual jigging is done by bouncing the morri against the bottom. First, do a call, like a couple of higher drops so the target fish knows the bait is there. After that, keep jigging with 2-7cm drops, but remember to do higher bounces now and then.
It's important that the morri hits the bottom, whose sound attracts the fish to the spot.
For depths under 6m, pick the smaller 35g model, and for deeper or flowing waters, the heavier 65g model. Colors are white, yellow, firetiger, and glow. Package contains 1 pc.
