Nils Walking Poles NW802
Nils Walking Poles NW802
Telescopic Nordic Walking poles that can be easily and quickly adjusted to the user's height (adjustment range 86–140 cm). The poles have an internal shock absorption system that effectively absorbs vibrations and protects the joints even during intensive training.
The poles are suitable for both flat and paved surfaces and soft terrain, such as grass or muddy paths. Rubber feet and replaceable terrain plates allow you to train on a variety of surfaces. The TN103 plates prevent the poles from sinking into soft ground.
Nordic walking is a form of exercise that activates the entire body's musculature and improves physical performance. During walking, the buttocks, calves, thighs, arms, shoulders, chest muscles and abdominal muscles are particularly worked. This comprehensive muscle activation effectively promotes the development of general fitness.
