Niacin plays an important role in metabolism and also helps lower blood cholesterol levels. Duck meat contains vitamins A and C, as well as important minerals such as iron, calcium and selenium. Pheasant, on the other hand, is an excellent source of vitamin B12, phosphorus and selenium.
