Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1683kJ/399kcal, fat 11g of which saturated 4.2g, carbohydrates 54g of which sugars 6.6g, fiber 2.9g, protein 20g, salt 3.2g.
Instructions: Open the bag and spread the edges along the bottom of the bag. Add 280 ml of hot water to the mixture, stirring constantly. Let it set for 8 minutes. Stir again before eating. Add water if necessary. Use after heating.
