Ingredients: water, WHEAT flakes (GLUTEN) 10%, CREAM, apple puree 8.3%, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, vegetable cream powder, modified corn starch, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), flavorings (including caramelized sugar, apple), spices (including cinnamon).
Nutritional content per 100 g: energy 538 kJ/128 kcal, fat 5.1 g, of which saturated 1.6 g, carbohydrates 19.4 g, of which sugars 12.3 g, protein 1.1 g, salt 0.65 g.
Directions: Can be eaten cold or hot. Two heating options: Pour food into a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place unopened package completely in boiling water and heat for 4-5 minutes.
