Suncraft SENZO Clad Slicing Knife 24 cm

The SENZO Clad Slicing Knife's stiff, long, and narrow blade is particularly suited for slicing larger cuts of meat but also works well for, for example, cutting cabbage. The blade is made using layered forging, and its cutting core is Japanese high-carbon AUS-10 knife steel, which retains sharpness for a long time. Thanks to its carbon content, the blade is easy to sharpen. A layer of stainless steel is forged on both sides of the core. The blade's hardness is 58 - 60 HRC. The sharpening angle is 15 degrees. Made in Japan.

The handle is made of durable Pakkawood and is attached to the knife's full tang with three rivets. The contoured handle provides a firm grip.

The knife must be hand-washed and dried after use.
