The Suncraft Elegancia Damascus knife blade has 3 layers, and its core is made of SG2 steel. A layer of Damascus steel is forged onto both sides of the core. The knife's sharpness and edge retention are top-notch, with a hardness of HRC 62-63. The blade is sharpened and ground by hand at the factory.
The Elegancia handle is made from pakka wood with a walnut wood pattern, and its color and pattern create a stylish and functional whole with the blade.
Knife length: 33 cm, blade length: 20 cm, weight: 195 g. The set includes a 1000/3000 grit sharpening stone, a 15° sharpening angle guide, and a blade polisher. Made in Japan.
Thanks to the blade's width and the handle's shape, there is ample finger clearance between the handle and the cutting board when slicing.
The set is delivered in a stylish wooden storage case.
We recommend hand washing and drying the knife after use.
