Scandinavian Tackle and Finnish spinflying Pro Teemu Pulkkanen, together with his team of specialists, have designed a rod for tactical salmon spinflying, which is why the Flutactic rod was born. The Flutactic 12.6” rod is a two-piece, true salmon angler’s dream rod. Although the rod is very long, it is light. The rod is made of High Modulus carbon fiber, which makes the rod sensitive and effective in fatigue situations. The rod is 380cm long, but it weighs only 380 grams. The rod has 12+1 stainless rod guides with a high-quality ceramic inner ring. The rod has a reel seat with a low lip that ensures a good grip on the rod both when casting, reeling in and in hard fatigue situations. The rod has long EVA handles both front and back. Thanks to the 50cm long rear handle, you can adjust the rod to your body in fatigue situations. Correspondingly, the front handle is 14cm long and gives you a good grip when the fish is caught. Usually, in Spinfly fishing, the lengths of the pins are long, the lure link is placed near the first rod guide, so you can conveniently twist the pin first around the reel and return the line close to the first rod ring.
