Leggings Jämälanka - Finnish handicraft

The multi-toned Jämälanka leggings are a colorful choice for everyday life and hobbies. The asymmetry and irregularity of the stripes create the illusion of an old-fashioned rag rug, bringing warmth, playfulness and nostalgia to the outfit. They brighten up winter boots, sneakers and home clothes and are great for layering.

Each pair of jämälan leggings is handmade in Finland and is woven using the remaining yarn all the way to the bottom of the yarn basket. Each pair is therefore unique and individual, with a color scheme that cannot be completely replicated. The leggings are also a small eco-deed, as they utilize yarn that would otherwise go unused – a beautiful combination of responsibility and creativity.

Material :

• 75% wool
• 25% polyamide

Delivery: immediately from stock

Care instructions :

• Gentle machine wash at 40°C is recommended.
• Avoid using bleach and tumble drying.
• Dry flat to retain their shape. Can also withstand a little hanging, but avoid stretching when wet.
