Nils Hiking Poles TK696 – telescopic poles with shock absorption and cork handles

The TK696 Nils Extreme trekking poles are three-section telescopic poles that can be quickly and easily adjusted to the user's height (adjustment range 65–135 cm). The poles have ergonomic and grippy cork handles and adjustable wrist straps that ensure a comfortable and secure grip.

The internal shock absorption system effectively absorbs vibrations and protects the joints even during intensive walking. The poles are suitable for both hard surfaces and soft terrain, and their versatility is based on replaceable rubber feet and terrain plates. For additional safety, a reflective sticker improves visibility in low light.

Nordic walking and hiking comprehensively develop the muscles and increase the body's overall functional capacity. The movement particularly activates the buttocks, calves, thighs, arms, shoulders, chest muscles and abdominal muscles - such a wide range of muscle groups has a positive effect on improving physical fitness.

The included TN103 terrain plates prevent the poles from sinking into soft or muddy ground.
