How to measure the length of the sole of the foot:

1. Place your foot on the paper.

2. Mark the ends of the longest toe and the bottom of the heel. Connect these two points with a straight line and measure its length.

3. Add 1 cm to the measured length for allowance.

4. Choose your size mainly based on the insole length indicated in the table.

Cleaning boots:

When cleaning a shoe made of EVA material, a damp cloth or sponge works best. The removable thermal lining can be washed in the machine with standard detergents on a 40 degree program.
