Walz & Schöder's comfortable synthetic grip fillet knife with a 20.3cm long, sturdy blade. The W+S fillet knife is a very good tool, especially for hunters and fishermen, for trimming bony meat and filleting fish. The high-quality blade is of German origin, made of stainless steel 1.4116. The hardness and toughness of the blade (56 HRC) keeps the blade sharp for a long time, reduces the need for sharpening and, above all, means a long service life. The design of the blade and handle significantly reduces the risk of injury during use. The handle is comfortable in the hand thanks to its soft feel and material. Can always be cleaned at temperatures of 120°C/250F. The knives are said to be machine washable.
