The Walz Schöder WS2000 vacuum packaging machine represents the range of vacuum machines intended for home use. Using the device
This vacuum machine is easy to use using the buttons on the lid of the device. Using the machine begins by first selecting the correct program. There are several functions to choose from, such as: sealing - when a tube is used for vacuum packaging, one end of the tube must be sealed first. After this, the product is placed in the tube and vacuum-packed, or vacuum-sealed. The vacuum packaging itself is done either fully automatically or manually. In the fully automatic mode, the machine first sucks the air out of the package and finally seals it, all with the push of a button. In manual vacuum packaging, the suction duration is first adjusted on the device to the correct level depending on what you want to vacuum pack. If the food in question is easily flattened, such as berries, fruits, etc., a gentle program is selected, and if more suction power is needed, a stronger program is selected.
Liquid tray and lid tightening
The Walz Schöder vacuum machine has a convenient removable and cleanable tray inside. The purpose of this is to collect the liquids that come out during vacuum packaging so that they do not get inside the machine. This is a very important feature in order to ensure the longest possible service life of the machine. If liquid gets into the vacuum machine's pump, it can cause damage to the pump.
The machine lid is closed using a new type of handle-style closure. This handle design ensures that the lid of the machine is securely closed when the machine is in use, which in turn ensures successful vacuum packaging. Compared to traditional side-opening models, the reliability is much better.
