Using the device
This vacuum machine is easy to use with the keypad on the lid. Using the machine starts by selecting the right program first. There are several functions to choose from, like: sealing - when using a tube for vacuum packaging, you have to seal one end of the tube first. After that, put the product in the tube and vacuum pack it. The vacuum packaging itself happens either fully automatically or manually. In fully automatic mode, the machine first sucks the air out of the package and then seals it, all with one button press. In manual vacuum packaging, you first adjust the suction time on the device based on what you want to vacuum. If it's delicate foods that crush easily like berries, fruits, etc., you select a gentle program, and if you need more suction power, you select a stronger program.
Liquid tray and lid tightening
The Walz Schöder vacuum machine has a handy removable and cleanable tray inside. Its purpose is to collect any loose liquids during vacuum packaging so they don't get inside the machine.
