The blade of Damascus Classic bread knives has 33 layers. 32 layers of stainless Damascus steel are forged over the core. The core is made of hard VG10 steel.
The blade hardness is 60 HRC, which provides excellent sharpness.
The handles of the Senzo Damascus Classic series knives are made of dark brown pakkawood. Each blade has a unique pattern.
The hammered pattern on the blade surface reduces the adhesion of slices to the blade during cutting due to less contact surface.
Total length of the knife: 35.5 cm, blade length: 22 cm, blade width: 2.9 cm, knife weight: 170 g. Made in Japan.
The handle is round and made of pakkawood. The Damascus bread knife is delivered in its own gift box.
