It has high-quality ball bearings, and the aluminum spool is lightweight. The thick bail combined with the ball-bearing line guide lays the line evenly on the reel. The Rulla reel comes pre-spooled with braid. The reels are prepped for specific target fish.

1000 perch reel

The lightest 1000-class open reel in the Rulla series is designed especially for perch casting with hard lures or jigs. The spool size, drag, and gear ratio are optimized for perch. It comes pre-spooled with yellow braid.
