Ingredients: rice 50%, spice mix [vegetables (tomato, carrot, garlic (natural sulphites), leek), vegetable fat oil (from palm oil), salt, spices and herbs, pea protein, CREAM powder, flavourings, hydrolysed vegetable protein, yeast extract, SOY sauce powder], freeze-dried beef 5% (beef 99.75%, antioxidant: rosemary).

Manufactured in an environment containing the following allergens: CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, EGGS, PEANUTS, other NUTS.

Nutritional content per 100 g: energy 1747 kJ/418 kcal, fat 13 g, of which saturated 6.3 g, carbohydrates 63 g, of which sugars 8.6 g, fiber 3.9 g, protein 11 g, salt 3.5 g.

Instructions: Open the bag and spread the edges along the bottom of the bag. Pour 300 ml of boiling water into the bag. Mix thoroughly and let it brew for 15 minutes. Mix again before eating. Add water if necessary. Use after heating.
