What is a Mexican Bulldog drink?
The Mexican Bulldog is made by simply inverting a Corona beer bottle into a Frozen Margarita glass. Too often, Margaritas are made with artificially sweetened drink mixes, resulting in a sticky, sweet mess. Our recipe uses only fresh and excellent ingredients, which elevates the traditional Margarita recipe. This gives the whole thing the appearance of a beach drink that tastes like something made by a "Michelin-starred" bartender. The traditional beer of choice for the Mexican Bulldog is Corona, but any other lager will work well.
Ingredients needed to make the drink:

6cl tequila
2cl lime juice
2cl Cointreau
2cl syrup
Crushed ice
Corona beer (or other lager)
Salt

Preparation instructions:
1. First, wet the rim of the Margarita glass with lime juice and then rub salt into it. This will create a beautiful salt rim in the glass.
2. Blend all other ingredients except beer in a blender until the mixture is like a smooth "smoothie". Pour into a glass.
3. Place the bottle holder that comes with the glass firmly on the rim of the glass. Open the beer and hold the mouth of the bottle with your thumb while quickly turning the bottle upright in the holder.
4. Drink with a straw, e.g. with friends. A large straw is good. You can adjust the amount of beer by lifting the bottle slightly if necessary.
